Understanding your experiences, exploring your direction

What you've lived through shapes how you see the world — how you relate to others, and what you believe is possible for yourself. Often, that history leaves obstacles — old patterns, difficult feelings, a sense of being stuck — but it is also a source of strength. Therapy is a place to understand both, with honesty and curiosity.

People come to this work wanting different things. Some want to understand their experiences more deeply. Some want steady support through a demanding season. Some sense a potential they haven't yet been able to reach. Together we explore who you are, what you want, and what stands in the way — at work, in relationships, in family life, or in a new chapter. We build on the strengths you already have, toward a life that feels more meaningful and fulfilling.

Beginning therapy is an act of self-compassion.

Areas of focus

What I can help with

The concerns I treat most often are varied, but human needs are universal — a life of meaning, loving relationships, and peace within. My practice focuses on:

Depression & low mood
Sadness, low motivation, and lost interest — finding your way back to energy and self-compassion.
Anxiety & worry
Rumination, restlessness, and the physical toll of worry — quieting a mind that won't switch off.
Relationship distress
Conflict, communication challenges, and loneliness — building relationships that feel stronger.
Life transitions
Changes in career, family life, and the stages of adulthood — finding your footing in each new chapter.
